Memphis Thunder Racing team members Debbie Carey, Wendy Fejfar, Joelle Goan and Julianne McDaniel traveled to Gainesville, Georgia this past Saturday, September 19th to compete at the Tri2Remember Triathlon. This sprint distance race, which consisted of a 400-meter swim, a 13-mile bike and a 5k run, capped off the end of the 2009 season as the Southeast Region Club Series Championship. In a once again tight competition, Memphis Thunder Racing pulled out another victory in bringing home the SERCS Championship title for a sixth consecutive year!
Congratulations to all the great Thunder finishes at all of the SERCS races this season, and a special congratulations to the Thunder women for representing us all so well!
