Memphis Thunder Racing had a huge turnout of members at the first running of the Showman Shooter Triathlon and Sharpshooter Supersprint this past Saturday, September 15th.
The first members to hit the water took part in the Sharpshooter Supersprint Triathlon which consisted of a 400-meter swim, an 11-mile bike and a 2-mile run. About twenty minutes later, the remaining participants dove into the water to complete the Showman Shooter Triathlon consisting of a 1/2-mile swim, a 23-mile bike and a 4-mile run.
Great weather and a ton of support from spectators and volunteers made this day's events around Herb Parsons Lake, definitely an event to remember.
