Brainard, Meneley and Newman all take podium spots at Ironman 70.3 Kansas!

Congratulations to the seven Memphis Thunder Racing members who completed the Ironman 70.3 Kansas Triathlon this past Sunday, June 6th.  This half-iron distance event consisted of a 1.2-mile swim, a 52-mile bike and a 13.1-mile run around the Branson area.

Mark Newman, Lesley Brainard and Sandy Meneley (Lesley's mom!) all took podium spots in thier age groups, wih Mark and Sandy taking top spots.  These great performances qualified each of them to compete at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships later this year.

Congratulations again to everyone who raced this weekend!
