Burch takes top in her age group at the 2010 Sunfish Triathlon!

Lisa Burch and Shannon Cook traveled to Meridian, Mississippi this past weekend to compete at the 24th Anuual Sunfish Triathlon. This sprint distance race consisted of a 1/3-mile swim, a 17-mile bike and a 5k run.
