Lesley Brainard takes 2nd overall at Gulf Coast Tri.

MTR athletes had great weather for this year's Gulf Coast Triathlon. This half-iron distance event consisted of a 1.2-mile swim in the Gulf of Mexico and a 56-mile bike and 13.1-mile run along Panama City's white beaches.

Lesley Brainard was the first age grouper out of the water and her strong finish placed her as the third female to cross the finish line and second age grouper!

Congrats to our MTR members representing us in Panama City Beach this year!
