Walt and Jeff both competed in Burlington, Vermont on Saturday at the USAT Age Group National Championship, covering a 1.5km swim, a 40k bike and a 10k run. Neither of them had quite the race they hoped for going into the weekend.
Joined by Walt's youngest son, Seth, all three then raced the USAT Sprint National Championship on Sunday at the same venue, but covering a 750m swim, 20k bike and 5k run. All three had spectacular performances, each earning a podium spot, and Jeff bringing home an Age Group Sprint National Championship!
