Jeff Skinner traveled to Lake Tobesofkee in Macon, Georgia this past weekend to compete at the 2009 Coliseum Rock 'n RollMan Half Triathlon. This half-ironman distance event consisted of a 1.2-mile swim, a 56-mile bike and a 13.1-mile run.
Jeff took home the top spot in the 55-59 age group with a finish time of 5:25:56. This was Jeff's second half-iron distance race of the year and second age group win! Way to go and keep up the great work!
